Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee availability, confirmation, or acceptance of a requested date or experience. We reserve the right to decline, modify, or recommend an alternate experience when we believe doing so is in the best interest of the guest, the group, the land, the weather, operational considerations, safety, or the quality of the overall experience.

Pricing listed on our website is intended to provide a general starting point or base rate for select experiences. Final pricing may vary depending on seasonality, group size, location, requested elements, transportation needs, private access, staffing, culinary requirements, third-party partners, production complexity, and any custom additions requested by the guest. Bespoke experiences, executive gatherings, multi-day itineraries, and larger private groups are quoted individually.

A booking is not confirmed until Gunslinger · Jackson Hole has accepted the requested date and experience, provided written confirmation, and received any required deposit, retainer, or payment according to the terms provided at the time of booking. Payment schedules, cancellation terms, weather policies, and rescheduling provisions may vary depending on the nature of the experience and will be communicated before confirmation whenever applicable.

Because our experiences often involve private access, remote locations, outdoor settings, mountain roads, changing weather, wildlife, fire, water, vehicles, sport shooting, fishing, aviation, ranch environments, or other activities inherent to the American West, guests acknowledge that participation may involve certain risks. Guests are responsible for acting with reasonable care, following instructions from hosts, guides, drivers, outfitters, property owners, and service providers, and disclosing any relevant medical conditions, mobility limitations, dietary restrictions, allergies, or safety concerns before the experience begins.

Gunslinger · Jackson Hole reserves the right to adjust, delay, modify, relocate, or cancel any portion of an experience due to weather, road conditions, land access, wildfire risk, fire restrictions, wildlife activity, safety concerns, staffing, transportation, regulatory requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative or adjusted experience consistent with the spirit of the original booking.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward hosts, guides, staff, landowners, partners, wildlife, local communities, private property, and the natural environment. Gunslinger · Jackson Hole reserves the right to end or modify an experience if guest behavior compromises safety, privacy, property, discretion, legality, or the experience of others. Guests may be financially responsible for damage to property, vehicles, equipment, facilities, or private locations caused by negligence, misconduct, or failure to follow instructions.

Certain experiences may involve third-party providers, including but not limited to private chefs, musicians, transportation providers, guides, outfitters, ranches, aviation partners, photographers, lodging partners, or activity operators. Gunslinger · Jackson Hole may coordinate these services on behalf of the guest, but such providers may operate under their own licenses, insurance, waivers, safety standards, and terms. Guests may be required to complete additional waivers, releases, or agreements before participating in certain activities.
